Registration
Thank you so much for many applications. Now their number is much more than the housing and budgetary capacity. Currently, we do not accept further applications. We are now in the process of selecting participants who are financially supported.

Financial support for traveling and local expenses is offered by SOKENDAI to a limited number of participants.

The financial support includes:
- Round-trip fare between your country and Japan; Dec.9 (arrival), Dec.13 (departure)

- Round-trip shuttle bus fare (includes pick-up service) between "Central Japan International Airport" and "Higashi Okazaki Station"

- Accommodation (guest house in IMS or hotel) from Dec.9 (arrival) to Dec.13 (departure)

- Breakfast (light meal); from Dec. 10 morning to Dec. 12 morning

- Lunch; Dec. 10 and 11

- Dec.9 evening reception; Dec. 10 evening beer; Dec. 11 evening banquet

Please send us (aws08 @ ims.ac.jp) your curriculum vitae to apply for the support. And also fax (+81(Japan)-564-53-4660) to Kenji Yonemitsu a copy of your student ID card.

The final decision of the financial support will be made in the order of registration after the screening by the organization committee. To those who are supported, the committee will arrange flight tickets and send detailed information on the visa application in mid or late October.
