Poster Session


I. Abstract for Poster Presentation
Each paticipant is requested to give a poster presentation.
Please submit an abstract, according to the following instructions.

  1. A half to full page of abstract in A4 size should be prepared. 
  2. An example (in MS-Word format) can be downloaded from HERE. 
  3. Please send the abstract in PDF format as an attached file to aws11@ims.ac.jp 
  4. Abstract Submission Deadline: November 30, 2011 
  5. The authors of the six posters will be selected for oral presentations. 

II. Poster Preparation Guidelines

  1. Poster Board size is 90 cm wide and 120 cm high. Your poster should be prepared to fit into the Poster Board dimensions.
  2. Thumbtacks and poster board will be provided for mounting your poster.
  3. No audio-visual equipment is available.
  4. Posters be prepared should be easily understood. The content of each poster should be clearly divided into sections including introduction, aim of work, summary, results, and conclusions.

III. Poster Session Schedule

The Poster Sessions will be held on January 11, 2011 from 17:30 to 19:00.
