Materials, Photo-, Theoretical, and Life Molecular Sciences Intended for graduate students and young researchers in Asian countries.
Winter Schools, held by School of Physical Sciences, the Graduate University for Advanced Studies (SOKENDAI), offer fundamental classes on pioneering themes to foster creative researchers in Asia. The Winter Schools at Institute for Molecular Science (IMS) have received more than 310 students in the last five years from Bangladesh, China, India, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, and other East Asian countries. The coming School is intended for advanced undergraduate and graduate students as well as young researchers in Asian countries who study molecular sciences including photo, materials, and theretical molecular sciences. A poster session is planned to promote friendship between the participants. Anyone who is interested in this school is welcome to participate.
