Registration for participants from foreign countries
Deadline: September 29, 2013
Participants from foreign countries need to submit the following documents.
- your curriculum vitae (template)
- a letter of recommendation from your supervisor
- a copy of your student ID card
- a copy of your Passport
The documents will be used only for screening by the organization committee.
Notification of the financial support will be sent to the applicants in early October.
To those who are supported, the committee will arrange flight tickets and send detailed information on the visa application process.
