Poster Session


I. Abstract for Poster Presentation
Each paticipant is requested to give a poster presentation with a brief oral presentation (about 5mins).
Please submit an abstract, according to the following instructions.

  1. One page, A4 size
  2. An example (in MS-Word format) can be downloaded from HERE. 
  3. Please send the abstract in PDF format as an attached file to aws2019@ims.ac.jp 
  4. Abstract Submission Deadline: December 6, 2019

II. Poster Preparation Guidelines
Poster Board size is 90 cm wide and 120 cm high.

Ⅲ. Poster putting and removal times are shown below.
Please note that the posters remaining after the removal time will be disposed by SOKENDAI Winter School 2019 Secretariat.
