Invitation program
Eligibility
1) Graduate students or young researchers who belong to our MOU partners in Asia described below.
- Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand
- Faculty of Science, Kasetsart University, Thailand
- Faculty of Science, Mahidol University, Thailand
- National Nanotechnology Center, Thailand
- Faculty of Science, University of Malaya, Malaysia
- College of Science, Nanyang Technical University, Singapore
- Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Kolkata, India
Please note that we do not consider the people who have already joined previous JENESYS or EXODASS programs, while the people who attended the Winter School of Sokendai/Asian CORE Program can apply.
2) Degree
Graduate students who are currently enrolled in a master’s or doctoral course. The young researchers must have been awarded a doctorate degree within six years from the proposed starting date of their research in IMS.
Supports
- Round trip airfare (An airport of departure - Nagoya International Airport [NGO])
- Accommodation and Utility cost
- Daily expenses: 2,000 JPY/day
*A health insurance and an accident insurance are not included in the supports. We would like to ask to apply for the travel accident insurance by oneself before visit to IMS.
Invitation Period
60-180 days within August 2018 - March 2019 for graduate students
30-90 days within August 2018 - March 2019 for young researchers
