Poster Session


Poster presenters will be asked to send three files to aws2021@ims.ac.jp.


I. Abstract for Poster Presentation
Please submit an abstract, according to the following instructions.

  1. One page, A4 size
  2. An example (in MS-Word format) can be downloaded from HERE. 
  3. Please send the abstract in PDF format as an attached file to aws2021@ims.ac.jp 
  4. Abstract Submission Deadline: January 21, 2022

II. Brief Oral Presentation

Poster presenters are requested to give a brief oral presentation (about 1mins) during “Self-Appeal Flash Talk” session. You can introduce yourself and brief summary of your poster presentation.

  1. Several slides are OK (if you can explain in one minute)
  2. Please send the file in PDF format to aws2021@ims.ac.jp
  3. Submission Deadline: January 31, 2022

III. Poster Presentation File
Please submit your poster presentation file in .jpg format. SOKENDAI Asian Winter School will be held in the web-conferencing space Gather.town. Further instructions will be offered prior to the event.

  1. .jpg format is the only file type that may be used
  2. Minimum width is 1000px (26.46cm)
  3. Minimum height is 600px (15.88cm)
  4. Maximum file size is 3MB (Please provide as high quality as possible)
  5. No transparent background
  6. Please send the file to aws2021@ims.ac.jp
  7. Submission Deadline: January 31, 2022
