Poster Session


I. Abstract for Poster Presentation
Each poster presenter is requested to submit an abstract, according to the following instructions.

  1. A half to full page of abstract in A4 size should be prepared. 
  2. An example (in MS-Word format) can be downloaded from HERE. 
  3. Please send the abstract in PDF format as an attached file to aws10@ims.ac.jp 
  4. Abstract Submission Deadline: January 19, 2011 
  5. The authors of the six posters will be selected for oral presentations. 

II. Poster Preparation Guidelines

  1. Poster Board size is 90 cm wide and 120 cm high. Your poster should be prepared to fit into the Poster Board dimensions.
  2. Thumbtacks and poster board will be provided for mounting your poster.
  3. No audio-visual equipment is available.
  4. Posters be prepared should be easily understood. The content of each poster should be clearly divided into sections including introduction, aim of work, summary, results, and conclusions.

III. Poster Session Schedule

The Poster Sessions will be held on February 21 and 22, 2011 as follows:

  1. Poster Session 1: Monday, February 21 from 12:30 to15:00 (with light meal)
  2. Poster Session 2: Tuesday, February 22 from 12:30 to 15:00 (with light meal)
