Registration

Financial support for travel and local expenses is offered by SOKENDAI to a limited number of participants.

The financial support includes:
- Round-trip fare between your country and Japan; Feb. 19 (arrival) - Feb. 23 (departure)

- Round-trip shuttle bus fare between "Central Japan International Airport (Centrair)" and "Higashi Okazaki Station"

- Accommodation (guest house in IMS or hotel) from Feb. 19 (arrival) to Feb. 23 (departure)

- Breakfast (light meal): from Feb. 20 morning to Dec. 22 morning

- Lunch: Feb. 20, 21, and 22

- Feb. 19 evening reception; Feb. 22 evening banquet

Please send us (aws10@ims.ac.jp) your curriculum vitae, a letter of recommendation from your supervisor, and a copy of your student ID card as attachment files to apply for the support before November 26. In your e-mail, please include your current field of research. You may send a copy of your ID card by fax to Eiji Shigemasa (+81(Japan)-564-54-7079).

The final decision of the financial support will be made in order of registration after the screening by the organization committee. To those who are supported, the committee will arrange flight tickets and send detailed information on the visa application in late December.
