About the Level 1 Activity Restriction Period
We have decided to implement Level 1 Activity Restriction Period from January 14, 2021.

Health Condition Survey
At IMS, we will ask all joint researchers to submit the " Health Condition Survey (before visiting)" filled their body temperature before two weeks of their visit and fill in the " Health Condition Survey (while visiting)" during their visit, and will submit it when they leave IMS.

About Extension of Level 2 Activity Restriction Period
We have decided to continue the Level 2 activity restrictions based on the activity restriction guidelines of National Institute of Natural Science (NIBB, NIPS, IMS, ExCELLS) announced on April 10, until May 31st.

Research Guidelines Aimed at Preventing the COVID-19 Outbreaks within the National Institutes of Natural Sciences (NIBB, NIPS, IMS, and EXCELLS)
On April 10, 2020, "Research Guidelines Aimed at Preventing the COVID-19 Outbreaks within the National Institutes of Natural Sciences (NIBB, NIPS, IMS, and EXCELLS) " were formulated at the meeting of the Director Generals of the three institutes (NIBB, NIPS and IMS) in Okazaki and Level 2 Restrictions on the Guidelines were implemented.

Acceptance of Joint Researches and Researchers
The ongoing joint researches and experiments can be continued only in the case that the group leaders at IMS have made permission to continue.
