Assoc. Prof. Emi Minamitani has been awarded the 1st Award for Early Career Women Scientists of the Japan Society of Vacuum and Surface Science

Assoc. Prof. Emi Minamitani in Theoretical and Computational Molecular Science has been awarded the 1st Award for Early Career Women Scientists of the Japan Society of Vacuum and Surface Science for her achievement of "Theoretical study on quantum many-body effects at surfaces and interfaces.” This award was established this year by the Japan Society of Vacuum and Surface Science to promote participation and activities of early career women scientists in this society and to accelerate the realization of a research environment following the spirit of diversity and inclusiveness.
