Summary	We discuss ways of imaging wave packets and extracting potentials from high resolution spectroscopy and how during our stay at IMS we have managed to resolved the spectroscopic phase problem, which is, given spectroscopic line strengths, such as photo absorption cross-sections, determine the sign of the quantum amplitudes whose squares yield the measured line strengths. We show how to use such amplitudes and the ground state potential to construct excited state potentials "point-by-point".
