About considerations during personnel selection process
In pursuit of gender equality, IMS takes actions and measures in selection process of recruitment.
- priority is given to women when the competing candidate(s) is/are equally qualified.
- Specify on your C.V. the period of away from work for caring responsibility (maternity leave, childcare leave and family care leave) which has affected the ability to carry out research, so that IMS takes it into account in reviewing the application.
