概　要

アジア研究教育拠点事業「物質・光・理論分子科学のフロンティア」第１回全体会議

分子科学研究所は、アジアコア事業の一環として、分子科学研究所、中国科学院化学研究所、韓国科学技術院自然科学部、台湾科学院原子分子科学研究所を４拠点研究機関とする日本、中国、韓国、台湾の東アジア主要３カ国１地域の研究交流プロジェクト「物質・光・理論分子科学のフロンティア」を、平成１８年度よりスタートさせました。間もなく初年度の終わりを迎えるにあたり、来る３月２日～３日に本事業の「第１回全体会議」を開催します。本年度の事業報告に加え、アジア出身でアメリカで活躍されている２名の方による基調講演、さらに、事業に参加されている中国・韓国・台湾の研究者の方々との今後の活動計画に関する議論等が行なわれる予定です。今後の事業の更なる発展へと繋げる重要な機会になると期待されます。
