演　題	「Alkyl-π Liquid Systems: Uncommon But Attractive Organic Soft Materials」

概　要	Abstract: Our recent development of organic ultimate-soft materials, namely room temperature functional organic liquids (RT-FOL) ^[1], is presented in this seminar. What we studied as RT-FOL are full-color tunable luminescent liquids ^[2,3] and uncommon phase phenomena with photoconducting property of liquid fullerenes ^[4,5]. Both RT-FOL examples are designed simply from controlling a balance of intermolecular interactions in the alkyl-π compounds, i.e., van der Waals and π-π interactions among adjacent molecules.
